I completed my Ph.D. in Information Technology at the University of the Cumberlands, where I was advised by Prof. Segun Odion. My doctoral research focused on implementing encryption to mitigate database security challenges using cloud computing, with emphasis on cloud-based healthcare database security, privacy-preserving data protection, and regulatory compliance.
My broader research interests include cloud security, healthcare cloud security, secure AI systems, privacy-preserving computing, and the application of encryption methods to protect sensitive data in cloud environments.
Alongside my academic research, I have professional experience as a DevOps and cloud platform engineer, working with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, Helm, FluxCD, monitoring, and secure cloud deployment practices.
Before completing my Ph.D., I received my Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Campbellsville University. My academic and professional direction combines cloud security research, database protection, encryption technologies, DevOps automation, and secure cloud infrastructure.
